Internal Discharge Hose

Dry flow materials such as powdered cement, lime, coal dust, silica sand, urea, feed, flour, grain products, sugar, marble dust, detergent, and ceramic raw materials are transferred through silos used in road and rail transportation, commonly referred to as “silobas.” These hoses are installed at the bottom of the silos to allow rapid discharge of these powdered or granular products.

The pressure produced by the air compressor on the silobas carrier vehicle is applied to the hoses installed at the bottom of the silo, enabling the quick discharge of the powdered material inside the silo.

Structurally, they are made using synthetic polyester yarns through a weaving process, similar to fire hoses. However, the woven fabric is much denser and far less porous than the fabric used in fire hoses. Additionally, one side of the silobas hose is coated with a special yellow material to increase abrasion resistance and ensure the surface is airtight.
